Kyougi is a tall, slim teenage boy. Although he looks skinny at first, his muscles are quite developed (he has been described as a 'stump'). He has short, dark hair and dark toned eyes, along with long eyelashes in the lower part of the eye. When not in his school uniform, he is seen wearing a white t-shirt with a logo on the chest area along with some jeans.

Kyougi is a rather vigorous person. He is always expressing his ideas clearly and loudly, and doesn't back up when situations get weird. He's also prone to creating misunderstandings, given his dumb-like nature.
